Seth Scartaccini
Property Inspector
Seth has been working as a home inspector for approximately 17 years. After graduating with a bachelor's degree from UCLA, he also obtained his California real estate broker's license. Seth continues his home inspection education as a CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE INSPECTORS ASSOCIATION (CREIA) member with courses pertaining to practical experience in the field. Seth has assisted with or has performed over 7000+ property inspections, to include condominiums, single family, multi-family residences, and commercial properties. We have developed a premium industry photo/ data inspection report to assist in the evaluation of your property.
